Help with emotional problems
Your PA can offer you emotional support to talk through any feelings and problems you have and can put in strategies with you to help you cope. If you need more specialist support your PA can refer and support you to access adult mental and emotional health services.
If you are struggling with anything, speak to someone about it - don't bottle it up. The following organisations can help:

5 actions to improve personal wellbeing
Evidence suggests that a small improvement in wellbeing can help to decrease some mental health problems and also help people to flourish. There are five actions to improve personal wellbeing:
- connect - with friends, family and your wider community
- be active - keep yourself moving and stay healthy
- take notice - pay attention to your surroundings and your own wellbeing
- keep learning - discover new knowledge and possibilities
- give - your time and resources to help others
