Passport

If you have not been provided with your first passport from Children's Services, then the Leaving Care Team will support you with an application for a passport and pay the fee for your first one. Your passport is your main source of ID.

Do not lose your passport or you will have to apply and pay for a new one which will cost you over £70. If you lose it:

• you will not be allowed to leave the country to travel
• you may be at risk of identity theft
